Grumpy Old Men Filmed in the Area
March, 1993. The wedding scene from Grumpy Old Men was filmed at Chisago Lake Evengelical Lutheran Church in Center City, MN. Lois and Budd Barott were chosen from the church congregation to be extras in the wedding scene. Photo shows all of the extras descending the front stairs of the church with the stars Ann-Margaret, Jack Lemmon, Walter Matthau, Burgess Meredith, Daryl Hanna and Kevin Pollack. Lois will gladly share the stories of the filming experience.
